Payment Schedule

To secure your spot for the Gratitude Gathering in the Rainforest, we have designed a flexible payment plan. Participants are required to make a deposit of $500 by September 1st, 2024. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, with full payment due before the start of the trip.

1. Deposit:
• Amount: $500
• Due Date: At booking
• Purpose: Secure your spot in the Gratitude Gathering
2. First Installment:
• Amount: 50% of the remaining balance
• Due Date: October 1st, 2024
3. Second Installment:
• Amount: 50% of the remaining balance
• Due Date: November 1st, 2024
4. Final Payment:
• Amount: Any remaining balance after installments
• Due Date: November 23rd, 2024

Refund Policy:

• Deposit: Non-refundable after October 15th, 2024. We use the deposit to buy local flights tickets, which are non-refundable.
• Installments: Refunds available up to 30 days before the start date, minus the non-refundable deposit
• Full Payment: No refunds available within 30 days of the start date
